The Cake is a Lie

Actually... that's one disappoint I didn't get the chance to experience.

Having a Mac for so long caused me to miss out on one of the greatest pleasures in owning a PC. Sick Games. :headbang:

So, last night I went out and got a game that I have want to play for quite some time now. $19.99 at Wal-Mart. Score! I drove directly home and installed it. Woke up in a tiny glass bubble which opened up to reveal that I was trapped in a smaller cell. I learned that I was in volved in an experiment in which the primary goal is fun and learning. A portal opens, I hop through, and then the game crashes. I try several time to the same effect only to learn that my integrated graphics card is not supported. FAWK!

My roommate comes to my rescue with a slightly dated but nice AGP card. I go to stick it in my computer only to learn that my motherboard is PCI express.

LAME!


Oh yeah.,. I might be moving to Europe some time in the next couple months... More on that later.
